You’ll also love the great Fort Lauderdale location. With great outdoor activities, top notch shopping, year round sun and beautiful beaches you’ll love this great city.

As you know, we usually discuss Venetian Isles here. Usually we stick to other communities located here in Venetian Isles, but today I wanted to talk about Ponderosa in St Petersburg.

The great St Petersburg location is just the first great thing about Ponderosa. Everything about Ponderosa homes will make you appreciate this great community. The residents of this wonderful community can all agree it really is a great place to live.

There are too many great things about Ponderosa to describe them all here, but the features include a boating.

After you visit Ponderosa, you’ll have to drive around and see everything St Petersburg homes has to offer. The location can’t be beat with pristine parks, easy access to the beaches, the finest boutiques and beautiful weather being just some of the things available to do in St Petersburg.
